Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Smart Invoice mobile application (the "Service") operated by Smart Invoice ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the Smart Invoice application on your mobile device for personal or commercial invoicing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials (source code, assets);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Smart Invoice app;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Smart Invoice at any time.

2. Disclaimer

The materials within Smart Invoice are provided on an 'as is' basis. Smart Invoice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Smart Invoice does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the invoicing features or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app.

3. Limitations

In no event shall Smart Invoice or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Smart Invoice app, even if Smart Invoice or a Smart Invoice authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the data (invoices, clients, items) you enter into the Smart Invoice application. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer resides and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
