Note: All sensitive data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your financial data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to providing the functionalities of the app:

• To generate PDF invoices and estimates.
• To maintain your business records within the app.
• To facilitate backup and sync via your personal iCloud account (if enabled).

3. Data Storage and Security

Smart Invoice is designed with a "local-first" approach. Your data resides on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud container, accessible only by you. We do not maintain external servers to store your invoice data.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across devices.
• Google Firebase Analytics (Optional): For anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the app stability.

5. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control over it. You can modify, export, or delete your data at any time directly within the app settings. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data (unless backed up to iCloud).
