These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PDFix mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the App

PDFix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App or any related services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PDFix, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Devhook or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Content

Any content you create or upload in the App, such as PDFs, images, signatures, or annotations, remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Devhook a limited license to store, display, and process the content solely for providing the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase in-app products or subscriptions, payment is processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store). PDFix does not store your payment information. Refunds are subject to the platform provider's policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Devhook does not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devhook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify you via the App or other means. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
