This Privacy Policy explains how DevHook (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CamShield mobile application (the “App”).

Effective date: [INSERT DATE]

1) Quick Summary

CamShield helps you identify devices on your Wi‑Fi network, discover nearby Bluetooth devices, and use camera-based color filters intended to help reveal infrared light sources.

Important: The App is designed so that scan results and device lists are handled on your device. We do not intend to collect the list of devices you scan unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, by sending screenshots or logs to support).
  • We collect limited information needed to operate the App, deliver subscriptions, prevent fraud, and improve performance.
  • We may use analytics to understand how the App is used and fix issues.
  • We may use advertising identifiers only where allowed and, on iOS, only when you grant permission (App Tracking Transparency).
  • You can opt out of tracking permissions and control what you share.
